Tématem mé bakalářské práce je Analýza konkurenceschopnosti ve společnosti Continental Matador Truck Tires s. r. o. Práce je rozdělená na teoretickou a praktickou část. The topic of my bachelor thesis is Analysis of the Competitiveness in Continental Matador Truck Tires s. r. o. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. Main aim of the thesis is recommend some suggestions which are based on individual analysis, SWOT analysis, PEST analysis and Porter model.
