Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá vytvářením konsolidované účetní závěrky, s ní spojenou problematikou vzniku konsolidačního rozdílu ke dni akvizice a vlivu zvolené délky odpisu konsolidačního rozdílu na věrný a poctivý obraz konsolidačního hospodářského výsledku hospodaření.
