Abstract:
Rigorózní práce pojednává o filmech z karboxymethylcelulosy obsahu-jících účinnou látku dexpanthenol, jejich přípravě a hodnocení. Teore-tická část se zaměřuje na podstatu a fáze hojení ran a na faktory, které hojení ran ovlivňují. Abstract:
This rigorous thesis deals with carboxymethylcellulose thin films con-taining dexpanthenol as active farmaceutical ingredient, its preparati-on and evaluation. The theoretical part focuses on the essence and phases of wound healing, and on the factors that affect wound healing.
