The Crisis of Parliamentarism in the Austria-Hungary before the First World War
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na fenomén obstrukcí, jež markantně odkrývaly kritický stav parlamentního rokování národnostně a sociálně barvitých reprezentativních sborů. Zabývá se obstrukcemi ze strany českých poslanců v říšské radě na přelomu 19. a 20. století. Část práce je věnována českému zemskému sněmu.
Abstract:
This bachelor´s thesis focuses on obstruction phenomenon, which prominently revealed critical condition of parliamentary negotiations of national and social diverse representative assembly. It deals with Czech´s filibustering on the Imperial Council at the turn of the 20th century. Part of this work is dedicated to the Bohemian Land Diet.
