Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vyšetřením optických a transportních vlastností polovodiče Ga2Te3 měřením závislostí indexu lomu a absorpčního koeficientu na energii fotonů dopadajícího záření a dále teplotní závislost elektrické vodivosti. The aim of this study was to investigate the optical and transport properties of gallium telluride with measurements of dependence of the refractive index and absorption coefficient to incident radiation energy; next temperature dependence of electrical conductivity.
