HMGB1 a HMGB2 jsou evolučně vysoce konzervované proteiny, které se vážou s DNA a zvyšují přístup transkripčním proteinům ke specifickým oblastem na DNA. Abstract:
The HMGB1 and HMGB2 are evolutionarily highly conserved non-histone nuclear proteins that bind to DNA and elevate access to transcriptional proteins on specific targets.
