Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma Kriminalistická informatika, evidence a sbírky je rozdělena do tří kapitol. V úvodu první kapitoly, která je věnována teoretické části bakalářské práce je definována samotná kriminalistická věda a předmět jejího zkoumání. Dále první kapitola rozděluje kriminalistické informační systémy do skupin a následně představuje konkrétní příklady informačních systémů do těchto skupin zařazených. Druhá kapitola představuje praktickou část bakalářské práce a obsahuje vlastní výzkum. Data potřebná pro tento výzkum byla shromážděna pomocí dotazníkového šetření a ústních rozhovorů. Získaná data jsou v praktické části dále analyzována a jejich výstupem je grafické znázornění a popis zjištěných výsledků. Tato kapitola současně obsahuje návrhy řešení problémů a nedostatky zjištěné výzkumem. Poslední kapitolou je závěr, který shrnuje předešlé kapitoly a hodnotí splnění cílů bakalářské práce.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis on the topic of Forensic Informatics, records and collections is divided into three chapters. The introduction to the first chapter, which is devoted to the theoretical part of the bachelor thesis, defines the forensic science itself and the subject of its research. Furthermore, the first chapter divides forensic information systems into groups and then presents specific examples of information systems included in these groups. The second chapter presents the practical part of the bachelor thesis and contains its own research. The data needed for this research were collected through a questionnaire survey and oral interviews. The obtained data are further analyzed in the practical part and their output is a graphical representations and descriptions of the results. Concurrently, this chapter contains a proposals for solving the problems and shortcomings identified by the research. The last chapter is a conclusion that summarizes the previous chapters and evaluates the fulfillment of the objectives of the bachelor thesis.
