The aim of this diploma thesis is textual analysis of university prospectuses, more precisely British university prospectuses. The author of the thesis will focus both on materials proposed by prestigious, the so called research universities and on prospectuses offered by lower-ranked universities. Cílem této diplomové práce je textová analýza univerzitních prospektů, a to konkrétně prospektů britských univerzit. Autorka práce se zaměří jak na materiály poskytované prestižními univerzitami, tzv. research universities, tak na prospekty univerzit méně významných.
