Abstract:
The goal of submitted thesis: “Cost management in project oriented organization” is to analyze various alternative theories of the cost management in project oriented organization and on the specific project show all possible options of cost savings if the alternative theory is to be applied.
Abstract:
Predmetom diplomovej práce „Řízení nákladů v projektově orientované organizaci“ je rozobrať možnosti riadenia nákladov v projektovo orientovanom podniku a na konkrétnom projekte demonštrovať, aké sa ponúkajú možnosti úspor nákladov, pokiaľ dôjde k zmene spôsobu ich riadenia.
