Tato absolventská práce je projektem výzkumu, který je zaměřen na identifikaci metody a nástroje, bariéry a předpoklady v komunikaci mezi sociálními pracovníky a cizinci. This graduate thesis is a research project focuses on identifying methods and tools, barriers and assumptions in communication between social workers and foreigners. The project is divided into two main chapters - theoretical and methodological.
