Anotace:

Diploma thesis “Global Networking of the International Business” is dedicated to the networking in international business - relationships between colleagues, managers and employees, companies in global market. The main goal of the thesis is to evaluate the importance of the role of global networking in the international business environment and to find benefits of the competent use of global networking, as well as the dangers of its misusing. In order to gain the in-depth knowledge required for the thesis, the networking-related theories analysis methodology will be utilized in the theoretical part of the thesis. Survey and interviews with selected international companies’ employees will be a research method to support theoretical approach.
