Multiple criteria decision making in the selection of EET cash register

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím vícekriteriálního rozhodování v praxi. Cílem je výběr nejvhodnější EET pokladny pomocí metod vícekriteriální analýzy variant, na základě stanovených kritérií.V teoretické části jsou popsány modely vícekriteriálního rozhodování a požadavky na poplatníka, resp. na zařízení pro evidování tržeb, vyplývající ze zákona č. 112/2016 Sb., o evidenci tržeb. V první části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy vícekriteriální analýzy variant, metody stanovení vah kritérií a metody výběru kompromisních variant. V druhé části je vymezen obsah evidenční povinnosti, rozsah zasílaných údajů, údaje na účtence a doba odezvy.Praktická část se zabývá charakteristikou majitelky obchodu, z jakého důvodu si pořizuje EET pokladnu, jaké má na ni požadavky, z kterých se následně stanoví kritéria pro výpočet. Dále jsou popsány jednotlivé varianty, s kterými se bude pracovat. Na tyto varianty jsou aplikovány metody vícekriteriální analýzy variant.Klíčová

Abstract:

This Bachelor thesis examine the usage of multiple criteria decision making in the practice. We focus on the selection of the most appropriate EET cash register with the use of multiple criteria evaluation problems, based on defined criteria.In the theoretical part are represented multiple criteria decision making and requirements on the taxpayer, respectively on the device for registration of sales, consequential from the Act. No. 112/2016 Coll, Registration of Sales. In the first part are explained basic concepts of multiple criteria evaluation problems, methods to determine the criteria weights and the methods for selecting the compromise solution. In the second part is defined content of the registration duty, the scope of the data submitted, data on the receipt and the response time.Practical part deals with the characteristic of the user, the reason of purchasing of the EET cash register, what are the requirements on it. The criteria for the calculation will be stated from the requirements. Next are specified each of individual variants, which will be used in the thesis. Methods of multiple criteria evaluation problems are applied on these variants.
