Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá otázkou pozemkového vlastnictví a jeho právní ochranou. V první části je krátce zmíněn historický vývoj pozemkového vlastnictví, posléze právní povaha pozemku a vymezen samotný pojem vlastnického práva k nemovitosti, poslední část práce je věnována ochraně vlastnictví pozemku.
Abstract:
This bachelor degree work deal with question of land ownership and legal protection. The first part briefly mentioned the historical evolution of land ownership, then the legal nature of the land and to define the very concept of ownership of property, the last part isdevoted to protecting ownership of the land.
