Nový trestním zákoníku (zákon č. 40/2009 Sb.) přináší řadu změn, mezi něž patří i změna v kategorizaci trestných činů, kde dosavadní monopartici s jedinou kategorií nahradila bipartice s kategoriemi zločinu a přečinu. Abstract:
The new criminal code (no. 40/2009 Sb) introduces several changes such as the new categorization of criminal acts, where the prior monopartity was replaced with bipartity of criminal acts and misdemeanors. The thesis engages the new categorization, which is foregone with historical input focused on selected topic.
