Long-term treatment of orchid mycorrhiza with fungicides
Abstract:
In my Bachelor’s work I tested the possible use of two fungicides, iprodione and carbendazim, for the reduction of mycorrhizal symbiosis of Mediterranean terrestrial orchid species Serapias lingua. The fungicides tested did not affect the length of mycorrhizal extraradical mycelia. Abstract:
Vo svojej bakalárskej práci som testovala možnosť využitia dvoch fungicídov iprodionu a karbendazimu, k potlačeniu rozvoja mykoríznej symbiózy mediteránnej terestrickej orchidey Serapias lingua. Tieto fungicídy nemali žiadny efekt na dĺžku mimokoreňového mycélia.Kolonizácia koreňov bola potlačená len karbendazimom, a to len v obmedzenom časovom intervale od jeho aplikácie.
