Abstract:
Práce se zabývá založením společnosti s ručením omezeným podle nové právní úpravy. Analyticko-praktickou část tvoří analýza a komparace nákladů potřebných k založení společnosti. Návrhová část je tvořena na základě provedených analýz a uvádí vlastní návrh optimální výše základního kapitálu.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is concerned with the establishing of Limited-Liability Company according to the New Legal Regulation. The practical part consists of the analysis and comparsion of expenses which are needed for establishment of capital company. The last part is written on the bases of analyses which have been done and it mentions own proposal to the optimal amount of capital.
