Challenges in Cloud Computing from a vendor perspective

Abstract:

Cílem této práce je vytvořit model, který kategorizuje výzvy spojené s Cloud Computing (CC) z pohledu dodavatele. V první části výzkumu je proveden systematický kritický literární přehled o tématech CC s důrazem na problémy a výzvy, kterým musí poskytovatelé CC čelit. Druhou část výzkumu tvoří rozhovory s experty a dotazník dis-tribuovaný mezi experty. Klade si za cíl porovnat a rozšířit literární poznatky s poznatky získanými z rozhovorů a kategorizovat je podle vnímané kritičnosti pomocí rámce TOE. Třetí část tohoto výzkumu po-jednává o zjištěných skutečnostech a na základě těchto zjištění navrhu-je další výzkumná témata.

Abstract:

This work aims to create a model that categorizes the challenges associated with Cloud Computing (CC) from the perspective of the supplier. In the first part of the research, a systematic critical literature review on the topics of CC issues with an emphasis on the problems and challenges that CC providers must face is conducted. The second part of the research consists of interviews with experts and a questionnaire distributed among the experts. It aims to compare and expand the literature findings with the findings from the interviews and categorize them according to perceived criticality using the TOE framework. The third part of this research discusses the findings, and suggests further research topics based on the results.
