Cílem této bakalářské práce je popsat vznik meiotických vad a především vysvětlit působení faktorů, které tyto vady způsobují. Úvodní kapitola nabízí základní vhled do vývoje oocytu a původu aneuploidií, a připravuje tak čtenáře na následující kapitoly. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe the origin of meiotic defects and especially to explain the effects of factors causing these defects. The first chapter provides a basic insight into oocyte development and aneuploidy origin and prepares readers for the following chapters.
