Communication mistakes of management of a selected factory

Abstract:

Obsahem této práce je zjištění komunikačních chyb řídících pracovníků a dále je součástí zjištění, jaký vliv tyto komunikační chyby mají na pracovníky podniku i na jejich efektivitu práce. Teoreticko-metodologická část je zaměřena na teorii, kterou jsem čerpala z odborné literatury. V této části jsou uvedeny pojmy týkající se základů kolem komunikace, podniku a jejich spojitostí. Druhá část práce je aplikační, kde se teoreticko-metodologická část převede na vybraný podnik. Na začátku aplikační části Vám je představen podnik, jeho činnost, organizační struktura a Swot analýza. Tato část práce se týká komunikačních chyb řídících pracovníků ve společnosti Perzo s.r.o. Abych k těmto informacím došla, využila jsem metodu dotazníkového šetření s podřízenými pracovníky a řízeného rozhovoru s řídícími pracovníky. Jako další je uvedeno vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření a řízeného rozhovoru. Pak následuje diskuze výsledků a návrhy na opatření komunikačních chyb, další možná řešení těchto chyb či poukázání na slabá místa, která nám vyplynula díky dotazníkovému šetření a rozhovoru.

Abstract:

The content of this work is to identify the communication errors of management workers and other part contains the finding what kind of impact these communication errors have on workers and their work efficiency. The theoretical-methodological part is focused on the theory that I drew from reference literature. In this section, there will be mentioned lists of the basics concepts around communication, business and their linkage. The second part of the work will be the application, where the theoretical-methodological part converts to the selected firm. At the beginning of the application part will be introduced the firm and it will be listed his activities, organizational structure, and the swot analysis. This part of the work relates to the communication errors of management in company Perzo s.r.o. I used the method of survey with subordinates and directed conversation with the management to get these informations. As other evaluation is mentioned questionnaire survey and interview driven. Then follow a discussion of the results and motions to measure of communication errors, other possible solutions to those errors or remittance to the weak spots which were identified through the questionnaire survey and interview.
