Implementation of Industry 4.0 concept in conditions of Czech republic in period 2018-2038

Abstract:

Zavádění konceptu Průmysl 4.0 s sebou přináší výrazné celospolečenské změny, které mohou v konečném důsledku výrazně ovlivnit konkurenceschopnost a vývoj ekonomik. Toho si je vědoma i většina vyspělých států, a proto vznikají stále další národní strategické dokumenty, které cílí na implementaci aspektů Průmyslu 4.0 do praxe pomocí konkrétních opatření. V rámci diplomové práce bylo, na základě zahraniční praxe a na základě analýzy výchozích podmínek ČR pro implementaci konceptu Průmyslu 4.0, navrženo pět prioritních os, v jejichž rámci bylo doporučeno celkem 22 konkrétních opatření, které mohou přispět k úspěšné implementaci konceptu Průmysl 4.0 v podmínkách České republiky. Tato opatření byla navržena v souladu s požadavky, jenž určuje Metodika přípravy veřejných strategií, včetně navržení odpovědné organizace a termínu implementace pro každé jednotlivé opatření. Navržena byla rovněž soustava indikátorů, sloužící k monitoringu implementace jednotlivých opatření. Diplomová práce obsahuje v závěru vyhodnocení rizik nedostatečné implementace konceptu Průmysl 4.0 pro konkurenceschopnost České republiky.

Abstract:

The implementation of the Industry 4.0 concept brings major societal changes which can ultimately affect competitiveness and economic development. As most developed countries are aware of this fact, there are still more and more national strategy papers emerging which aim to implement the aspects of Industry 4.0 into practice through concrete measures. As part of this diploma thesis, five priority axes were proposed based on the foreign practice and the analysis of the initial conditions in the Czech Republic for the implementation of the Industry 4.0 concept. Furthermore, a total of 22 concrete measures were proposed which can contribute to the successful implementation of the Industry 4.0 concept in the conditions of the Czech Republic. These measures were proposed in accordance with the requirements set out in the Methodology for the Preparation of Public Strategies, including the proposition of a responsible organization as well as the deadline for each individual measure. A set of indicators to monitor the implementation of individual measures was proposed as well. The diploma thesis contains the conclusion of the risk assessment of insufficient implementation of the Industry 4.0 concept for the competitiveness of the Czech Republic.
