Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá motivací seniorů ke vzdělávání na univerzitě třetího věku. Teoretická část popisuje poznatky o člověku v postproduktivním věku, jeho změny v procesu stárnutí a jeho motivaci k dalšímu vzdělávání. This bachelor thesis examines the motivation of seniors to participate in education at the University of the Third Age. The theoretical part describes the findings about individuals in post-productive age, their changes in the aging process, and their motivation for further education.
