Software tools for analysis of biomacromolecular structures and their metadata
Abstract:
V této diplomové práci se věnujeme tvorbě programu, který zpracuje data o struktuře a kvalitě biomakromolekul pro databázi ValTrendsDB. Současné postupy jsou pomalé, složitě se používají a využívají několik nástrojů. Vytvořen byl program v programovacím jazyku Python, který je jednoduchý na použití a využívá paralelizaci pro zrychlení výpočtů.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with implementation of a program, that processes data about structure and quality of biomacromolecules for ValTrendsDB database. Currently utilized workflow is slow, difficult to work with, and uses multiple tools. The program created in Python programming language is easy to use and utilizes parallelization to speed up necessary calculations.
