Diplomová práce je zaměřena na sledování jakosti vody a fytotoxicity sedimentů. V první části je popsána legislativa tykající se vody a vodních děl a také vymezeny pojmy související s tímto tématem. Dále je zde charakterizována lokalita a pospána místa odběrů. The thesis is focused on measuring of water quality and phytotoxicity of sediments. In first part is described legislation related with water and ponds and also is determined the terms associated with this topic.
