Simulation of neuronal network
Abstract:
V této diplomové práci se věnujeme simulaci neuronální sítě. Nejprve formulujeme tři modely neuronu, konkrétně Morrisové-Lecarův model neuronu, model interneuronu a Destexheho-Parého model neuronu. Poté definujeme sítě, na kterých modely simulujeme, a to náhodnou síť, síť malého světa, kruhovou síť a úplnou síť. Abstract:
In this thesis, we study simulations of neuronal networks. First we define three models of neurons - the Morris-Lecar model, interneuron model and Destexhe-Paré model. Next we define the networks for simulations of the models, specifically random networks, small world networks, ring networks and all-to-all networks. Finally, we present our web application for the neuronal network simulations.
