Hlavni naplni teto diplomove prace je zhodnoceni dosavadni komunikacni praxe ve vybrane spolecnosti a stanoveni navrhu na pripadna zlepseni. Prace je rozdelena do tri zasadnich casti. V prvni casti je podrobne charakterizovan zkoumany podnik na zaklade strategicke analyzy. The main goal of this thesis is to evaluate existing communication practices in the selected company and determine proposals for possible improvements. The work is divided into three major components. In the first, there is detailed strategic analysis study of the selected company.
