Rozpoznání 3' místa sestřihu je základní krok sestřihu pre-mRNA. 3´ss jsou obvykle rozpoznávaná U2AF heterodimerem. AG-dependentní 3´ss vyžadují pro rozpoznání vazbu obou U2AF proteinů (U2AF35 i U2AF65) a mutace v prvních nukleotidech exonů, pokud jsou umístěny v těchto AG-dependentních 3´ss, obvykle ovlivňují sestřih těchto exonů. Abstract:
The recognition of the 3'splice site (3'ss) is an essential step of pre-mRNA splicing. The 3'ss are usually recognized through U2AF heterodimer. The 3'ss called AG-dependent 3'ss, requires the binding of both U2AF proteins (U2AF65 and U2AF35) for its recognition and mutations in the first nucleotides of exons when located in these AG-dependent 3'ss usually affect the splicing of these exons.
