Byl zpracován strategický finanční plán rozvíjející se společnosti EUCON-M s.r.o. podnikající v oblasti stavebnictví. Použité metody zahrnují PEST analýzu, která se věnuje makroprostředí a mikroprostředí společnosti, SWOT analýzu, finanční analýza a následovné vytvoření strategického finančního plánu. Abstract:
The aim of my thesis is to prepare a strategic financial plan for developing the company Eucon-M Ltd. in the area of construction. Methods used are PEST analysis, which deals with macro and micro environment in the company, SWOT analysis, financial analysis and assessment of the strategic financial plan.
