Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vysíláním zaměstnanců z pohledu daně z příjmů a pojistného na zákonné pojištění. Cílem práce je identifikovat vliv vyslání z vybraných států do České republiky na čistou mzdu vyslaného zaměstnance a mzdové náklady zaměstnavatele v závislosti na státě příslušnosti k právním předpisům sociálního zabezpečení. This diploma thesis is focused on the posting of employees in terms of income tax and social security contributions. The aim of this thesis is to identify the impact of posting employees from selected countries to the Czech Republic on their net salary and employer's wage costs depending on whose social security legislation is applicable.
