Abstract:
The Bachelor's thesis project focuses on the question of leadership in the religious life of the Franciscan Sisters of Mary Immaculate. The theoretical part compares the six principles of the new leader, as described by Lowney, with the image of authority in the Constitutions of the Religious Community of the Franciscan Sisters of Mary Immaculate.
