Cílem této práce je seznámit čtenáře s tenkými polymerními filmy, jejich způsoby nanášení a ověřování jejich vlastností. Dále se práce zaobírá metodami spektrální analýzy, které jsou vhodné pro studium vlastností tenkých filmů. Práce se zaměřuje na zjišťování teploty skelného přechodu (Tg) tenkých filmů z polymethylmetakrylátu, a to použitím reflexně-absorpční infračervené spektroskopie. Je zde zhodnocena …more

The aim of this Bachelor thesis is an introduction of a reader with thin polymer films, methods of their deposition and evaluation of their properties. The work describes methods of spectroscopic analysis, which are suitable for thin film characterisation.
