Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na otázku možnosti daňového plánování za pomocí svěřenských fondů, resp. trustů. This diploma thesis is focusing on the question of possible tax planning by using trust funds. The theoretical part introduces the development of trusts in England and its current form in common law jurisdictions and also in Quebec.
