Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce s názvem „Terasový bytový dům včetně garáží“ je vypracování projektové dokumentace v rozsahu pro provedení stavby dle vyhlášky č. 499/2006 Sb. o dokumentaci staveb v aktuálním znění. Projektová část bude obsahovat části A – Průvodní zpráva, B – Souhrnná technická zpráva, C-Situační výkresy, D.1.1 - Architektonicko stavební řešení, D.1.3 - Požárně bezpečnostní řešení (ve znění požadavků §41 vyhlášky č. 246/2001 Sb., o požární prevenci v aktuálním znění) a D.1.4 - Technika prostředí staveb-část ZTI, zbylé části projektové dokumentace, tj. D.1.2 - Stavebně konstrukční řešení a D.1.4 - Technika prostředí staveb, budou řešeny koncepčně v rozsahu určeném vedoucím práce. Objekt je navržen v jižní části města Stříbro, konkrétně na p. p. č. 1683/4 v k. ú. Stříbro, kde se aktuálně realizuje nová zástavby bytových a rodinných domů. Stavba je navržena jako čtyřpatrová, nepodsklepená s plochou střešní konstrukcí. Zdivo, jak nosné, tak i nenosné, je navrženo ze zdícího systému Porotherm. Nosná stropní konstrukce je navržena v každém nadzemním podlaží z předpjatých stropních panelů SPIROLL. Strop v posledním patře slouží zároveň jako nosná konstrukce střechy. V objektu se nachází celkem 5 bytových jednotek s terasou, kdy ke každé bytové jednotce náleží garáž a sklepní kóje.

Abstract:

The subject of this diploma thesis with the name of ,,Residential terraced house with garage” is elaboration of project documentation in measure of building realization under the Regulation No 499/2006 Sb. on documentation buildings in valid versions. Project contains several parts. Part A - Original report, B - General technical report, C - Positional plans, D.1.1 - Architectural construction solution, D.1.3 - Fire security solution (under requirements §41 Regulation No 246/2001 Sb., on fire safety precaution in valid versions) and D.1.4 - Technique of building backgrounds - part healt technical instalation, remaining parts of project documentation, which is D.1.2 - Constructional built solution and D.1.4 - Technique of building backgrounds, they are conceptually solved in measure specified from the thesis supervisor. Object is designed in the south area of the city named Stříbro, specifically on describing parcel number 1683/4 in cadastral plan Stříbro, which is actually realized as the new part of residential and family houses. The building is projected as a four-floor composition, non-basement with a section of the roof structure less. The portative as the non-portative walling is projected from the Porotherm system. The portative roof construction is designed in every single above-ground stock from prestrained panels SPIROLL. The ceiling in the last floor is determined also as a portative construction of the rooftop. In the object area can be found about 5 residential units with a terrace, to which also belong a garage and a basement.
