V této práci studuji vlastnosti MgAl₂O₄ dopovaných Al₂O₃ keramických pásků slinovaných při různých teplotách pro dosažení různých velikostí zrn, ale pro zachování dalšího parametru vysoce ovlivňujícího DBD plazma, kterým je relativní permitivita. In this thesis I study characteristics of MgAl₂O₄ doped Al₂O₃ ceramic tapes sintered at various temperatures to achieve different grain sizes but to preserve another highly DBD plasma-influencing parameter which is relative permittivity.
