Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá právní úpravou bankovního podnikání a pravidly regulace v ČR. Po úvodní charakteristice banky jako podnikatelského subjektu a struktury českého bankovního systému je podán přehled právní úpravy pro oblast bankovního podnikání jak na úrovni národní, tak na úrovni unijní. Submitted thesis deals with the banking law and regulatory rules in the Czech republic. After the initial characterization of the bank as a business organization and structure of Czech banking system is given an overview of legislation for the banking business, both at national and EU level.
