The main target of my work was to approach problems of romanesque charnel houses, which are still actual nowadays. I focused mainly on summary and detailed informations about charnel houses in Moravia and Slovakia. As well, I wanted to mention localities where is possible to find charnel houses, which have been neglected or a poor attention have been attended to them. Hlavným cieľom mojej práce bolo priblížiť problematiku románskych karnerov, ktorá je v súčasnej dobe stále aktuálna. Zamerala som sa hlavne na zhrnutie a podrobné informácie o karneroch na Morave a Slovensku. Rovnako som sa chcela zmieniť o náleziskách a miestach možného výskytu karnerov, ktoré boli doteraz prehliadané alebo im nebola venovaná dostatočná pozornosť.
