Motor and respiratory rehabilitation following a polytrauma from a road accident: clinical case

Abstract:

Road accidents are, still today, one of the major causes of trauma that arrive in the emergency rooms throughout Italy. The consequences of these accidents can be non-traumatic as they can be traumatic, since patients can suffer injuries that could be healed with urgent interventions, such as injuries from impacts that are too serious and therefore irreparable, and most of these lead to disability. or to death.

Gli incidenti stradali sono, ancora oggi, una delle cause maggiori di traumi che giungono nei pronti soccorsi di tutta Italia. Le conseguenze di questi incidenti possono essere non traumatiche come invece possono essere traumatiche, poiché i pazienti possono riportare ferite che con interventi di urgenza si potrebbero guarire, come ferite da impatti troppo gravi e per questo irreparabili, e la maggior parte di questi porta alla disabilit? o alla morte
