Elicitory vyvolaná PCD u buněk tabáku

Abstract:
Elicitory jsou látky pocházející z patogenních organismů. Přidání elicitorů do buněčných suspenzí spouští kaskádu obranných reakcí. Cílem práce bylo vyvolat buněčnou smrt přidáním houbových elicitorů. Byla sledována závislost buněčné smrti na typu a množství přidaného elicitoru. Pro vyhodnocení množství mrtvých buněk byla použita metoda fluorescenční mikroskopie.
Abstract:
Elicitors are compounds derivable from pathogenic organisms. Addition of elicitors to a cell suspension starts the cascade of defense reactions. The aim was to induce cell death by addition of fungal elicitors. Relation of cell death on kind and quantity of added elicitor was observed. Amount of dead cells was analyzed by using fluorescence microscope.
