The application of the scale as a technique of the Solution Focused Approach in the area of personal development in elite sports

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je ověření možností a efektivity aplikace rozvojové škály jako techniky osobnostního a profesionálního rozvoje výkonového sportovce. Rozvojová škála, v kontextu koučování, teoreticky a metodologicky vychází ze Solution Focused Approach. Zásady aplikace, podmínky a užitečnost rozvojové škály budou posuzovány a analyzovány pomocí kvalitativní výzkumné metodologie, konkrétně na čtyřech kazuistikách výkonových sportovců v oblasti florbalu. Dílčím cílem práce je podpora rozvoje Solution Focused Approach a techniky rozvojové škály do oblasti výkonového a vrcholového sportu a osobnostního rozvoje. Práce bude obsahovat filozofická východiska a principy Solution Focused Approach, teorii a metodologii práce se škálou s přesahem do praktické aplikační roviny, která bude ověřena ve výzkumném šetření. Návrhová část se bude zaměřovat na metodologii práce pro budoucí sportovce.

Abstract:

The main aim of the bachelor thesis is to verify the possibilities and effectiveness of implementing a developmental scale as a technique for personal and professional development of performance athletes. The developmental scale, within the context of coaching, is theoretically and methodologically based on the Solution Focused Approach. The principles of application, conditions, and utility of the developmental scale will be assessed and analyzed using qualitative research methodology, specifically through four case studies of performance athletes in the field of floorball. A secondary objective of the work is to promote the development of the Solution Focused Approach and the technique of the developmental scale into the areas of performance and elite sports and personal development. The thesis will include philosophical foundations and principles of the Solution Focused Approach, as well as theory and methodology of working with the scale extending into practical application, which will be verified in the research investigation. The proposal section will focus on the methodology of work for future athletes.
