Diplomová práce se zabývá zpětnou vazbou na výběrové řízení od uchazečů a jejím cílem je zjistit, jak ji personalistky jakožto její příjemci vnímají. The diploma thesis deals with the feedback on the selection procedure from candidates and its aim is to find out how it is perceived by personnel officers as its recipients.
