Abstract:
Práce se zabývá akvizicemi podniku, přičemž je zaměřena na srovnání forem asset deal a share deal. Cílem je vypracování postupu z účetního hlediska s uvedením daňových dopadů pro každou variantu akvizice v konkrétním podniku, dále vyhodnocení a stanovení výhodnější varianty. Návrh řešení bude použit majitelem firmy jako podklad pro rozhodnutí o dalším postupu v akvizičním procesu.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with business acquisitions and is focused on the comparison of forms of asset deal and share deal. The aim is to develop procedures in terms of financial aspects, stating the tax implications of each option in a particular business acquisition, evaluation and determination of more advantageous variant.
