NAT traversal support for UltraGrid
Abstract:
Aim of this diploma thesis is to compare the methods of establishing a connection amongst the nodes which are situated on networks using Netrwork Address Translation. According to this research we have designed and created Ultragrid extension which is solving NAT traversal problems. This thesis also contains measurements of average latency increase when punching a UDP Hole through NAT.
Abstract:
Cieľom tejto práce je porovnať metódy ustanovenia spojenia medzi uzlami, ktoré sa nachádzajú v sieťach využívajúcich preklad sieťových adries (NAT). Na základe tejto rešerše sme navrhli a vytvorili rozšírenie nástroja UltraGrid, ktorý slúži na vysokokvalitný prenos videa pri nízkej latencii. Súčasťou práce sú aj merania zvýšenia latencie pri vytváraní UDP diery.
