Tato práce se zabývá vývojem metody pro derivatizaci aminokyselin, která probíhá přímo v kapiláře, ve které jsou následně separovány produkty derivatizační reakce. Pro míchání reagencií v kapiláře byla použita elektroforeticky zprostředkovaná mikroanalýza. This thesis deals with the development of a method for derivatizing amino acids that takes place directly in the capillary, where the products of derivatization reaction are then separated. For mixing reagents within the capillary, electrophoretically mediated microanalysis was used.
