Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou chování spotřebitelů na trhu s pekárenskými výrobky. Práce analyzuje spotřební chování v souvislosti s nákupem a spotřebou produktů tohoto odvětví. Identifikuje též ovlivňující faktory a určuje preference, které určují chování spotřebitelů na trhu pekárenských výrobků. This Bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of consumer behavior in the bakery products market. The thesis analyzes consumer behavior concerning the purchase and consumption of products in this area. It also identifies influencing factors and defines preferences which determine consumer behavior in the bakery market.
