Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice mentoringu, a to především vztahu sestry mentorky a studenta během odborné praxe. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na oblast mentoringu. Nalezneme zde i kapitoly, které jsou věnovány didaktice ošetřovatelství, všeobecné sestře, komunikaci nebo vzdělávání. Praktická část se skládá z kvalitativního i kvantitativního výzkumného šetření. The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of mentoring, especially the relationship between nurse mentor and student during work placement. The theoretical part focuses on mentoring. There are also chapters dedicated to the didactics of nursing, general nursing, communication and education. The practical part consists of qualitative and quantitative research.
