Tématem diplomové práce jsou emoce a násilná trestná činnost. První část práce, teoretická se zabývá emocemi a základnímu vymezení emocí. Teoretická část práce se dále zabývá rozdílem mezi kriminalitou a trestnou činností v návaznosti na násilnou kriminalitu a násilnou trestnou činnost.
