Diplomová práce se zabývá smlouvou o úschově neboli depositem. Popisuje úpravu deposita v římském právu, ABGB, občanském zákoníku z roku 1964 a také současnou právní úpravu, tedy občanský zákoník z roku 2012. Dále se práce okrajově zabývá úpravou deposita ve středověku a zmiňuje i druhy deposita včetně depositum irregulare, depositum in sequestrem a deposita miserabile. Abstract:
The thesis deals with the contract of bailment or depositum. It describes the legislation of depositum in Roman law, ABGB, the Civil Code of 1964 and the current legislation as well (the Civil Code of 2012). Then the thesis marginally deals with the legislation of depositum in the Middle Ages and mentions depositum types including depositum irregulare, depositum in sequestrem and depositum miserabile …more
