Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je popsat staronový institut práva stavby a jeho využití v praxi. V práci se pokusím nahlédnout do historie a zmapovat, jak se tento právní institut vyvíjel na území dnešní České republiky, a proč se kdysi využíval jako metoda realizace dostupného bydlení. Abstract:
The goal of this bachelor thesis is to describe the old-new institute of leasehold estate law and its use in practice. In this work I will try to look into the history and map how this legal institute developed in the territory of today's Czech Republic, and why it was once used as a method of implementing affordable housing.
