Communication and cooperation within an international project team

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá komunikací a spoluprací v mezinárodním projektovém týmu. Práce obsahuje část teoretickou, praktickou a vlastní návrh řešení. Teoretickým cílem práce je podání přehledu aktuálních poznatků o komunikaci a spolupráci v rámci pracovních skupin a týmů. Praktickým cílem práce je analýza úrovně komunikace a spolupráce v rámci mezinárodního projektového týmu působícího ve společnosti ŠKODA AUTO a.s. a návrh opatření zaměřených na zkvalitnění jeho efektivity. Empirický výzkum je proveden pomocí dotazníkového šetření a doplněn vlastními zkušenostmi autora z pohledu člena projektového mezinárodního týmu.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with communication and cooperation within an international project team. The thesis contents theoretic, practic part and a proposal of solution. The theoretic aim is to provide an overview of actual knowledge about communication and cooperation within the working groups and teams. The practical aim is to analyze the level of communication and cooperation within the project team based in the ŠKODA AUTO a. s. and to offer the measures focused on an improvement of its efficiency. Empirical research was done through a survey and was supplemented by the author´s own experience from the perspective of a team member.
