Analysis of risk factors in families with the drug addictions.

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou rizikových faktorů vyskytujících se v rodinách s drogovou závislostí. Cílem teoretické části je vytvořit podklad pro část empirickou, popsat a vymezit pojmy. Definovat rodinu, která má zajišťovat základní potřeby dítěte, komunikaci a atmosféru v rodině, její funkce a výchovné styly rodičů. Definovat poruchy rodiny, syndrom CAN, psychické deprivace, návykové látky v rodině, zaměření se na problém gender a definovat závislost. Cílem empirické části je analýza rizikových faktorů z odborné dokumentace pěti klientek, matek s dlouholetou drogovou anamnézou. Analýza dokumentace byla provedena v několika krocích. Po zredukování textů v dokumentaci byly následně provedeny všechny tři typy kódování zakotvené teorie. Pomocí analýzy konkrétních případů se zobrazí výskyt rizikových faktorů v rodinách s drogovou závislostí.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the analysis of risk factors occurring in families with drug addictions. The aim of the theoretical part is to form the basis for the empirical part, to describe and define terms. To define the family which is supposed to ensure a child’s basic needs, communication and atmosphere in the family, its functions and styles of parents´ upbringing. To define family malfunctions, CAN syndrome, psychic deprivation, addictive substances in families, focusing on “gender“problem. The aim of the empirical part is to analyse the risk factors of the technical documentation gathered for five clients, mothers with a long history of drug abuse. The documentation analysis was carried out in several steps. After reducing the text part of the documentation three forms of coded grounded theory were applied. By analyzing specific cases it is possible to highlight the incidence of risk factors in families with drug addiction.
