This bachelor thesis focuses on analysing the current practice of knowledge sharing in projects within a company. Its focal point is the description of effectiveness, storage and sharing of acquired experien-ce, as well as knowledge in projects within a selected company. Abstract:
Táto bakalárska práca sa sústredí na analýzu súčasnej situácie zdieľa-nia znalostí v projektoch vo spoločnosti z praxe. Zameriava sa na popis efektívnosti, uchovávania a zdieľania nadobudnutých skúseností ako aj vedomostí v rámci projektov vo vybranej spoločnosti.
